This includes 2 coordinated pieces:
- Petersen Interiors chunky Lucite base recangular glass deckle edge top side table
- Coordinating rectangular glass deckle edge piece with glass ball feet --it could be used as a sushi serving tray, or a pillar candle holder base, or whatever your imagination dreams up ... I haven't found many deckle edge glass pieces in my life, so I feel fortunate that I found the matching (whatever you want it to be) piece.
I bought this beautiful side table decades ago at one of the Petersen Interiors Chicagoland stores.(Buffalo Grove)
FYI: I case you're not from Chicago, Petersen Interiors was THE high end conteporary furnishings & interior design store in Chicago for at least a century.
It was founded in Chicago in 1907 by Art Petersen Sr. (father of CSI actor William Petersen) . As far as I know, it was a Petersen family business until the end.

Apparently, they're no longer in business.
It was my favorite contemporary furnishings "candy store".
In fact, I worked there as an interior designer for years just to be surrounded by the beautiful contemporary decor.... and some of my professional interior designer co-workers are famous in their own right...
.. but I digress...
If you were in the Interior Design business in Chicago in the mid to late 20th century, you'll probably know the significance & provenance of Petersen Interiors & their contemporary furnishings, decor & art.
And I've got some vestiges of that era that I'm now selling ... this is one of them.
